PRESIDENTWill Alexander is the owner and president of Alexander Crest Construction, overseeing the company’s strategic planning, client development, and daily operations.
With over 20 years of experience in construction and real estate, he brings deep expertise in both commercial and residential projects—from ground-up builds to complex remodels, including the award nominated Historic Lazarus House in 2024.
Will holds degrees from Wittenberg University, where he was a member of the men's basketball team and Phi Kappa Psi fraternity, and the University of Denver’s Daniels College of Business.
Outside of work, Will enjoys golf, reading, fitness, and spending time outdoors with his wife Liz, their son Cormac, and their dog Bear.

PROJECT MANAGERJoey brings more than 14 years of professional experience spanning property maintenance, construction management, and operations leadership. After beginning his career in the culinary arts, he transitioned into property maintenance, advancing from groundskeeper to Site Supervisor while managing projects across Georgia and Ohio. He has extensive experience overseeing large-scale properties and leading complex renovation and property transition projects.
As Production Manager, Joey oversees residential and commercial projects from client acquisition through completion. His expertise ranges from maintenance and repairs to major renovations and ground-up construction. A licensed HVAC professional and Certified Pool Operator (CPO), he combines technical knowledge with a strong understanding of project logistics, contract management, and production operations.
Guided by the principles of punctuality, clarity, and integrity, Joey is known for his determination, adaptability, and commitment to continuous growth. Outside of work, he enjoys exploring Ohio’s outdoors, supporting local businesses and festivals, gardening, and volunteering with Fear Columbus, where he channels his passion for creativity and immersive experiences.

PRODUCTION MANAGERErnesto Morales serves as a Production Manager at Alexander Crest Construction, overseeing projects from start to finish to ensure smooth execution and exceptional customer satisfaction. Before moving into construction management, he spent six years in hospitality working on cruise ships and in hotel management, and gained hands-on experience in the trades specializing in exterior siding, fascia, and soffits for large commercial projects. Since joining the company in 2023, Ernesto has successfully managed hundreds of unit renovations, common area refreshes—including clubhouses—and exterior maintenance projects, helping bring new life to both residential and commercial spaces.
Ernesto’s approach to work is guided by honesty, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding service. He thrives on the satisfaction of making each project unique and ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
Outside of work, Ernesto enjoys spending quality time with his family, fishing, and indulging his love of anime. Guided by the motto, “Don’t leave what you can do today for tomorrow,” he brings dedication, focus, and positive energy to both his professional and personal life.
