Our proven process

We start with a jobsite walk, and/or scope review meeting.

We develop a construction strategy to ensure the project is completed as efficiently as possible.

A price for the project is presented, and if accepted, a contract is signed.

After receiving an initial deposit, we commence construction quickly.

We will remain on the job each day until it is completed and provide weekly Job Summary Reports as well as Weekly Jobsite Meetings.

A final Punch Walk is completed with the client to ensure things are done to their satisfaction.

Timely invoices are sent, and we request prompt payment.

All of our workmanship is guaranteed for 1 year. We will return no questions asked to repair or touch up anything that is not satisfactory.
There will be no surprises in billing. You will have full knowledge of what you are paying for and will authorize any increases in scope.
We strive to meet or exceed schedule on every project and communicate critical milestones or client decisions that can impact project delivery. Our dedicated Project Managers will be with you every step of the way.
